Ghost Bird—The Movie (Trailer)
Here’s a little something to wet your appetite:
Ghost Bird, the long-awaited documentary by Scott Crocker, will be premiering in early 2009. Featuring interviews with David Sibley, Nancy Tanner, David Luneau, Jerome Jackson, and many others, including folks from Brinkley, Arkansas, and the curators of ornithology at Yale and Harvard, this may prove to be the definitive documentary on the enigmatic Ivory-billed Woodpecker.

...or, it just may be a tad too early to be the "definitive" account ;-)
Yes, I guess you're right, ct, . . . only time will tell. But at the very least, it promises to be entertaining and informative.
Oh my..this looks good...thanks for the heads up.
You're welcome.
Hill?
Collins?
Mennill?
Sparling?
Sullivan?
Fitz?
Could be a laugh a minute but I expect it will be too well-mannered to be truthful.
My apologies, but in the long litany of names of individuals associated with the IBWO, I can't recall the name Sullivan or what his or her role might have been. Maybe someone can enlighten me.
I suspect the poster meant Kulivan.
I suspect the writer meant "Kullivan" but hit the wrong key (although 'K' and 'S' are pretty far apart).
As far as a "laugh a minute" some time ago there were folks who thought that about using puppets to raise Calif. Condors or ultralights to save Whooping Cranes...
Kullivan not Sullivan
apologies John
I presume the choice of the music is a joke too?
Where is my mind? by The Pixies. Nice touch
My guess is that Anonymous (Dec 4 7:40 AM) meant David Kulivan. If one misspells his name Kullivan and searches Google for that, "Did you mean Sullivan?" is suggested. Hilarious! Just like the movie trailer, for which many tks BTW.
Thanks, ct. Yeah, Kullivan makes perfect sense.
