Spotted in Martinsburg, West Virginia, this afternoon: a pickup truck with a Virginia vanity plate bearing the word, DUCKTOY. I have no idea what it means. Do you? Does it have anything to do with birds, or is it something else entirely? Perhaps the favorite vehicle of someone named Duck?
I am not sure what that means, either. The first thing I can think of would be this.
