Dawn Dish Detergent Helps to Save Oil-Soaked Birds

Kudos to the Proctor & Gamble Company for donating this product—which over the past 25 years has proven especially effective in cleaning and restoring the plumage of oiled birds (as described in their Save-a-Duck advertising campaign)—to bird rescue teams around the world. And as noted by Birders United, "A small percentage of the profits from the sale of Dawn products are earmarked to fund bird rescue efforts." I’m going to start using Dawn products and will encourage all my friends to do so as well!
