Birds Woefully Less Popular than Sex

As topics of discussion, birds simply can’t compete with the oldest pastime, but fortunately they remain more popular than NASCAR, according to this content analysis of blog posts over the past 6 months (from BlogPulse). The peak in the bird trend line corresponds with Dick Cheney’s quail hunting incident in mid-February. It’s also interesting to note the deflated interest in sex on Christmas Day, probably because so many people are out doing Christmas Bird Counts!
